六、约会便条

备忘录(memorandum)是一种用以备忘的公文。在公文函件中，备忘录的等级是比较低的，主要用来提醒、督促对方，或就某个问题提出自己的意见或看法。在业务上，它一般用来补充正式文件的不足。但是备忘录除了是各个部门之间书面联系的有效手段之外，还具有保存价值，便于日后查询参考。备忘录一般由这几部分组成：收件人的姓名、头衔；发件人的姓名、头衔；称呼；文件主题；正文；结束语和署名。备忘录的基本格式如下：

收件人(或收件单位)的姓名、头衔、地址一项写在左上角的抬头下面，其格式与书信的写法相同。称呼从左边顶格写起，对一般机关、团体的负责人一般用Dear Sir，对政府官员可用Sir。文件主题可以放在称呼语之前，也可放在其后。如果此项写在称呼语之前，多从左边的顶格写起；若放在称呼语之后，一般写在信笺正中。主题语多采用不完整的句子，只需很少几个词，甚至一个词，目的在于使收件人一下子抓住主要内容，便于及时处理。正文、结束语和署名等项与一般信件的格式相同。
备忘录的语言需要客观、清楚、完整；在拼写上，有些重要的项目要使用大写，同时在用词择句上应本着简单易懂的原则，而在语法上，尽量使用缩略语，并附上缩略语对照简表。
