“你以前也是校队的?”刘子如有些惊讶。“算是稀里糊涂被拖进来的。”朱泽楷揉揉后脑勺,指着对面的八村道:“Ask him.”毕竟当年就是八村这个傻瓜把自己生拉硬拽进了华大男子篮球队。
八村窃笑一声:“Haha. I bet you have no idea how great this guy was. I still remember it was a Friday night, when we just finished training, Zeus went to the court and started shooting. Honestly, I didn’t notice him at first, until this freak made ten 3 pointers, constantly! I mean 10, 100%, unstop shot!”

I’ve never seen such a...a monster like Zeus. You should look at his training schedule.”八村将手机里一张照片递给刘子如看。

“I thought you guys eat a loooot.”刘子如看着八村盘子里可怜的一点吃食。朱泽楷解释道:“No game no main.大多的NBA球员都会选择少吃多餐,事实上他们每天摄入的热量都是经过严格计算,所以东西虽然不多,但足以给运动员足够的能量。当然,像詹姆斯这样自律到有些病态的球员毕竟是少数。据说在非比赛日里,詹姆斯基本上是没有主食可以吃。”“厉害了!我感觉我如果不吃米饭会死的。那么大一个小伙子,吃这么一点点草料真的没关系么?”刘子如开始替素未谋面的詹姆斯担心起来。
朱泽楷笑笑:“草料?人家又不是牛。虽然他那一餐摄入的确实不多。”“強いのは自分に厳しいからです。NBAというご飯をしっかり持ちたいなら、選手はこのまま続けなければなりません。”八村叹了一口气,默默啃了一口手里的面包。
“Because the NBA schedule is crazy. It’s not the kind of sport that only plays one game a week -- sometimes we play four games in five nights, probably in four cities. “但是我看CBA的球员生活就比较...不一样。”刘子如喝了一口奶昔。朱泽楷解释道:“CBA球员的生活与NBA球员之所以不同有着一个基础原因——CBA球员平时是不回家的,就算主场比赛时,球队同样为球员准备了集体宿舍,通常两人一间,赛季期间想离队需要向球队申请。所以CBA球员的日常训练与生活与球队有脱不开的联系,这与NBA强调的私人团队有着很大区别。”
“他们平时训练量也很大嘛?”刘子如继续问。“这个是相对的。客观而言,中国国家队和省队的训练量都不算小。我一个朋友在CBA辽宁队。他跟我说,一般早上7点多所有球员就会起床并在球队公寓吃早饭。9点左右球队就将开始一天的训练。早晨的训练基本是是投篮、脚步之类的技术训练,外加力量训练。下午4点开始实战对抗,一般是一天打一个满场。”
“Hachimula,tell us something about your daily training at NBA?”朱泽楷问坐在对面正大嚼着刘子如口中草料一样的沙拉的八村。“Well...at NBA, Americans put more emphasis on individual role in training, so there is not much they can say about team training, just once in the morning and afternoon, sometimes only once. “在NBA打球的中国人,我好像就认识姚明、易建联和林书豪。”刘子如歪着小脑袋搜肠刮肚了半天。“严格意义上将讲,林书豪不算中国人。虽然台湾是祖国不可分割的一部分,但是他其实是美国国籍,而且这个月才签了北京首钢,作为外援。”“这样啊...反正我只知道他是学霸。”
“你可能不知道美国几乎所有学校都有体育队,很多学生就是靠体育成绩拿到名校通行证的。当然,林疯狂确实算是NBA球员里面学习最好的,估计也是目前哈佛打篮球最好的学生。”之前报道说,他每天早上6点30起床,7点30开始训练。不是恢复为主,直接就是全场对抗。中午去健身房力量训练两个小时。下午三点开始训练单项能力,5点回家。”
