Statue 108：Chinese Zither or Anything Else Isn’t Fictive
——谨以此诗献给南京诗人古筝
This poem is dedicated to the poet Chinese Zither in Nanjing
此时？？能漫步天籁之上的
This moment only Chinese Zither can roam around
只能是筝了？？脱胎远古的筝
above heaven，the one born in ancient times
穿着红布鞋的筝
the one with scarlet shoes on the feet，
在祥云之上漫步
wandering freely about on auspicious clouds.
视觉之巅的桂花树下
Under the Sweet Osmanthus Tree as you can penetrate，
舒缓或曰柔曼的步子
her paces，so gentle and so graceful
轻轻的抬起又落下
lift up and drop down lightly
曼妙的身姿掠过云层
and her cute figure skims over the clouds.
比石头更加迷人的空间
In a place more charming than the jades
一个人的吟唱
she chants alone
一群女人的吟唱
among a group of women singing
优扬？又优扬
her voice rising and falling，so melodious.
再过三个时辰
In three hours，
天就要亮了
it will be morning
此时的诗歌？
poetry at this moment
沾着露水的蝉一样
just like the cicada wet with dews
爬在五根？？或
creeping on five or
六根紧绷的玄上
six tight strings.
纤纤玉指划过
As the curving fingers pluck at the strings，
汩汩清泉若破浆之卵
the melody，like the gurgling spring
美妙融入水中
melts perfectly into the water.
残月挑起的半边祥云
some auspicious cloud by the waning crescent
若梦幻若游离？
is like an illusion drifting away，
羌笛穿过胡扬林的腹部
as the bleak flute vanishes in the belly of the Forest.
走失的楼兰
Lou Lan，the glory of an emperor
一介帝王的辉煌
gets lost in time and beyond the Great Wall
塞外？马踏荒漠的悲壮
just like a horse galloping in the bleak desert
越走越远
going further and further.
已经是六月
It is already June
火红的石榴正在独自燃烧
fiery-red Pomegranate flowers are flaming.
广寒宫里的三十六个季节
the 36seasons in the Moon Palace
从玄武走到了朱雀
have revolved half a cycle.
通往高处的梯子
The ladder leading to the height
承受着一群男孩的重压
bears the weight of a crowd of boys on itself.
属于你也属于我的诗歌
Poetry，belonging to both you and me，
被破壳的家雀含在嘴
is the beak of the house sparrow hatching from an egg
飞娥化作抒缓漂渺的音符
the flying goddess turns into smooth and obscure
化作可以充饥的美食
notes or delicacies to satisfy one’s hunger，
鏃拥在穿着红布鞋的
while Chinese Zither in scarlet shoes
筝的前后左右
is surrounded by these stuff.
桐或观音木雕就的岁月
The melody of time and tide，carved in Candlenut
比泣婉哀怨的埙的高歌
makes one to fly something to the sky
更让人想着放飞点什么
bearing more magic than the sad song of the Xun.
